Great location, very clean, great room,
Little noizy at the front rooms because the hotel is on the 1st floor on Via Nationalle which is a crowded road but only during the day.
Well located, close to Termini station and the main bus routes. Also close to many attractions and market.Very clean and tidy and room is as shown on the pictures. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Some minor issues: like the wireless signal is not very good inside the back rooms and some hangers on the bathroom would be useful.
The location is amazing (although it located in a 1st floor of builting) , 10 min walk from Piazza Venezia and 12 min from Colosseum. The rooms are big and clean.
Breakfast poor, lighting in the rooms,
Excellent location and friendly and helpful hotel staff.
I had an Amazing time at Hotel boutique nazionale! Staff was friendly and great help! I asked for a room with a view of the city and we got an amazing view! The hotel was very modern and very clean! The room was very clean and modern as well! The bed was comfy, ac worked perfect, large room, we flat screen tv, brand new appliances. Plus the location is ideal right next to the train station, within walking distance to all the main attractions(Trevi fountain, pantheon, colosseum) I give 5 stars to this hotel! And I've stayed in places all threw out Rome this place is hands down the best! Will plan to stay there next time!
The location was perfect! The street was in the heart of everything, walking distance to both shopping and colessium. The room was clean, bathroom was new, clean and and spacious. Breakfast was simple but good. Great value for money, would stay here again.
One staff member did not speak or understand any English, that was very difficult. The other 2 staff members did, when we saw them we asked all our questions. The walls are super thin, can hear surrounding rooms.
everithing...it s not an hotel - it s just a flat in old building. There is no phone in the room!! "Brekfast" (let's say that) in the morning is poor, dirty. And last but not least they don't pay taxes (because i didnt recieved invoice)
The welcome was wonderful and so gentle ! The rooms were very confortable with dark brown wood. Super clean and design bathroom. The location is ideal to take the bus 64 line to the centre and all other directions..This is a very good address we recommand, quite sober and very clean and modern...
Lovely simple clean hotel in great location.Staff very very friendly and a great help with advice on where to go in city.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the major sites. The room was clean, quite large and the bed very comfortable. The front desk clerk, Massimo, was fantastic. He helped us with every request we had. I would go back just because of the service.
As we were on our honeymoon, upon our arrival the staff had prepared our room with a bouqet of roses and a bottle of wine...very satisfied. Room was spacious and renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. highly recommended.
Good location & reasonable price.
Staff extremely not good. Poor room amenity (First time to stay in a room where a box of tissues not equipped. No jug, no drinking cup of course.)
Good location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable large room
The location was very central. The rooms were very modern and clean.
We had no view what so ever from our window. Just another building very close up which dramatically reduced the light into our room. There was also a dirty nappy on the roof below. Yuk!! There wasn't much choice for breakfast!
It is a recently renovated first floor in a 6 levels old building, so don't expect glamour or super comfort. Rooms are spacious in confront to the average hotels in Rome, clean and comfortable. Location is interesting, within walking distance from almost everything and well connected by buses to farther districts. (The traffic is intense in the street but the termopan windows are soundproof.) The manager is very professional, kind and helpful.
Those used to normal services in a 3* hotel can be disappointed, especially by the entrance and the content of the minibar. Some of the rooms are located over a huge clothes outlet where loud rock music is playing up to 20.30 - so don't hope for a pause or a nap in the afternoon! Recommendable only for enthusiastic tourists, not for business trips.
